All humans are ... potential criminals!
Recently, one secretary of the Appeal Court of Azerbaijan stabbed another secretary by knife in the heart. The reason was the quarrel over a parking lot - the guys could not park their cars as there was only one place for two. However, this is the half of disaster. Another priestess of Themis, the head of the Press Service of the Appeal Court, Konul Aliyeva while commenting this issue made a shocking revelation: "All humans are potential criminals!" Wow!
