This Soviet "Skycraper" is recently being renovated into a modern one a la Dubai
You can meet this scene only in Baku - Modern apartment blocks at the background with a XIX century mansion in the middle and a "mourning tent" in the front - and all of these in the city center!

These "skycrapers" have already reached Ahmedli, a Bakuvian suburb once-infamous for its water and gas supply (my neighbourhood by the way :) )
